In-hospital Assessments

In Hospital Occupational Therapy assessment are done to establish the level of function in relation to the discharge environment. We assess the need for assistive devices, possible home modifications and make suggestions regarding devices and adaptations. We also assist families and brain injury survivors with the decision making regarding the discharge environment and rehabilitation needs.
